Important Updates
(January 26)

Good News! We were able to get a better deal on the buses to Philadelphia, and we will be heading back a little earlier than initially planned, so our total trip cost is now $285.

IMPORTANT:

  • We still need $175 by February 12th
  • The balance of $285 is due March 16th
  • Your uniquip fees must be paid in full to attend the trip.


If you have already paid more than $285 toward your student's trip, please e-mail Mary McVicar to let her know if you would like a refund, or if you want to keep the balance in your student account for next year.


Dear Choral Parents and Students,

This year's Beginner Choirs spring competition will be held April 23 & 24 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For all the trip details, please download and print the Beginner Choir Commitment Form. Fill out and return the signed form to your Choir Director as soon as you can to help us with planning.

Please note the requirements (i.e. uniquip fee paid in full), and the payment deadlines noted in the document. If you have any questions, please contact Mary McVicar.

IMPORTANT: We finalize the list of students attending this trip on Friday, February 12th. If your uniquip fee is not paid by then, and/or if you don't have the minimum payment in your student account by that date, unfortunately, your student will not be included on this trip.

We send the final list of students to the Festival of Music on Monday, February 15th, and we cannot add any student after that date.
